cucumber's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i'm not, either. to quote another friend:-- i am not exactly sure because i have this constant feeling of aggrivation and frustration that is all. 01:13 - 22 October 2001 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my cool week so, this has been the proverbial Best Week of My Life. you know how it is. my dad's feeling great this week because he had been having stomach problems but it's all remedied. then, he got a raise and more hours at his work. then, i found this business card from a lady who i used to see every week at highland farms. i phoned her up (she works at a temp/fulltime employment agency) and she told me to get my ass in there monday and she'll find me a cool hopefully secretarial/webdesignial job somewhere. then, my parents bought not one but TWO computers, totalling only $300 canadian. they're not the best, but they're damn good and a vast improvement on my old one. and last night myself as well as xenia, anton, kendra, edward, edjes, caspar, naz, hanna, jay, jake, and others chilled at the bottom of a huge hill in a park somewhere in north york, and had a pretty great night. we came back here, me and xenia, and promptly fell asleep. today i got my computer all hooked up and dude brought me photoshop 5 so i installed that. and then the cool news: there's a house approximately one block down from here (on the same street) that's coming up for rent on november first. my parents want to get that (this house is small) and if we do my dad has cut a deal with me where if i pay $200 a month, i can have my very own basement apartment! kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. seperate entrance. imagine the parade of boys and friends i could have running through my house with a seperate entrance! no more worrying about bringing three friends over, nope! this is so cool. i hope we get the house. 13:32 - 21 October 2001 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 years in the waiting LEX GOT A NEW COMPUTER!
